Marketing homepage demonstrations
When you browse the public marketing homepage, sample signal lists, 3D preview interactions, and the treatment simulation run locally in your browser for demonstration. We do not receive your individual demo selections as health data unless you separately submit information through a form, purchase flow, scan order, or authenticated account feature.
Theme and palette preferences may be stored in your browser (local storage) to improve usability. Authentication, cart, analytics, advertising, and consent cookies are handled as described in our Cookie Policy.
Signal Advisor (member AI notes)
When you use authenticated Signal Advisor (our member-app name for Quanti AI, also called Quant AI or Quanti) or Protocol Focus features, we process your account identifiers, scan and report metadata (including signal names, priority values, and dates), and care-team reference material to generate automated suggestions. Where AI services are used, relevant excerpts may be transmitted to our infrastructure providers for processing. Outputs may be logged for quality, support, and security. This processing supports our legitimate interest in delivering member services and, where applicable, performance of our agreement with you.
AI-generated notes are not clinical health records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of associated personal data subject to legal retention requirements — contact dpo@quantummetahealth.com.
Quanti AI chatbot
Our AI chatbot Quanti AI (also referred to as Quant AI, Quanti, or Signal Advisor in the member app) is powered by OpenAI technology and integrated with Intercom. It assists with inquiries about our services, products, and website. Messages you send may be processed by Intercom and AI providers to generate responses.
- Responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect — including about health, products, pricing, or policies.
- Do not rely on Quanti for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions.
- Conversations may be stored, reviewed, and used to improve support quality and security.
- QMH is not responsible for errors in AI-generated responses or for actions taken in reliance on them.

DNA, RNA, and photo samples
Dry samples (nails, saliva, blood, hair) and/or photos submitted for bioresonance scanning and remote therapies are used only for analysis ordered via quantummetahealth.com. Sample kits are prepared with our partner Golias Laboratory Ltd. After analysis, materials are stored safely and not used for other purposes. Donor information and biological material remain confidential.
Data deletion and consent
To delete social-login data (e.g. Google or Facebook), email us and we will remove it promptly. To request sample destruction or incineration, contact us in writing.
Processing based on consent may be revoked at any time with informal notice by email, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before revocation.
Objection, complaints, and portability
Where processing is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR), you may object on grounds relating to your situation, including profiling and direct marketing. You may file a complaint with a supervisory authority and request portable export of data you provided, where technically feasible.
